The use of the website implies full acceptance of the General Terms of Use described below. Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change or addition at any time, so users of are invited to consult them regularly.

This website should normally be accessible to users at any time. However, ConsultLang may decide that an interruption, for technical maintenance, is required. ConsultLang will then endeavor to announce the dates and times of any intervention beforehand.

The website is updated regularly by the editorial staff. In the same way, legal notices can be amended at any time to reflect changes: the new "rules" are imposed to the user, who is therefore invited to consult them regularly.

4. Description of Services Provided

Through its service called "Conversation 1: 1", ConsultLang offers tutoring sessions in French, centered on conversation. The framework is meant to be informal and relaxed. The sessions take place on Skype.

Through its service called "Language mentoring", ConsultLang provides its clients strategies for learning a target language. The goal is to make the client a better learner, by providing him/her with useful tools and concepts to enable him/her to set realistic goals in the short, medium and long term.

Finally, in its "blog" section, the website aims to provide multilingual information relating to language learning.

Benoît Jacquelin, creator and owner of ConsultLang, undertakes the endeavor to provide on the website information as accurate as possible. However, he cannot be held responsible for any omissions, inaccuracies or gaps in the updating, either by its own act or by third-party partners who provide this information.

All the available information on is provided for information purposes only and may be subject to change. Furthermore, information on the website is not exhaustive. It may be subject to modifications that have been made since their posting.

5. Contractual limitations on technical data

ConsultLang cannot be held liable for any material damage related to the use of the website. In addition, the user agrees to access the site only by using recent material, not infected by viruses or malware and with a last generation web browser dully updated.

ConsultLang (and in turn, its creator and owner Benoît Jacquelin) is the sole owner of the intellectual property rights. ConsultLang holds the rights to use all the elements accessible on the site, including texts, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds or softwares.

Any reproduction, representation, use or adaptation, under whatever form, of whole or part of these elements, without the prior written approval of Benoît Jacquelin are strictly forbidden. The fact that Benoît Jacquelin doesn’t sue as soon as it has knowledge of unauthorized use shall not be considered as approval of these use and waiver to any lawuits.

Any unauthorized use of the site or any of the elements it contains will be considered an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 and following of the Code of Intellectual Property.

ConsultLang cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage dealt to the user's equipment while accessing the website and resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated above , or the occurrence of a bug or incompatibility.

In any case, ConsultLang may collect personal information relating to the user only for the need of some services offered by the website The user provides this information with full knowledge, in particular when he/she sends the data him/herself. The user of the website is then asked whether or not to provide this information.
